to upload it to a free host.

Once uploaded you need the IMG URL (ie: http://img.com/199034xls/Enzo_Naked.jpg)

to paste the URL inside.

You'll see the text appearing as below:

[img]http://img.com/199034xls/Enzo_Naked.jpg[/img]

Once done, "Preview" or "Send" will display the image.
